THE MESSAGE OF THE PRESIDENT

Since our establishment in 2009, we have been taking rapid steps towards our goals.

Our steps are primarily for women to discover their potential and talents. Because women who realize their own values become stronger and move forward with self-confidence in line with their beliefs.

It is also of great importance for women to receive education and constantly improve themselves on the path we follow. Thanks to education, women can gain more opportunities, advance in their careers and become more influential in society. Particularly their interest in STEM fields and their success in these fields ensure that the power of women is felt more in society. The stronger women and men are, the stronger individuals will create our future. Because gender equality is not only a right, but also the key to economic and social development.

Today, the digital age makes our job much easier. We can run our business over the internet, access e-commerce platforms and open up to global markets, and our growth potential increases. Women's leadership roles are increasing day by day and it is becoming easier for them to represent themselves in various fields. We should aim our studies at academic success, take more part in economic management, and have a say in the political structure of our country.

Following in the footsteps of the great leader Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK, "There is a path that we will walk more confidently and correctly." We will continue to make our voices heard in every field and announce our successes to the world with the promise of "making the great Turkish woman a partner in our work."
